I got my hooks in brushed nickel. They are a gorgeous design, large, and lovely. They were packaged well and included hardware and an allen wrench. The square design and satin nickel are perfect with our decor. For looks and quality, they deserve 5 stars. However, my husband (who installed them) said that there are burrs on the allen wrench that make it very difficult to work in the screw hole. He says that a ball head wrench would work much better.
