I was afraid this curtain rod would look like an afterthought in my rental apartment's awesome bathroom, but it's beautiful and matches the chrome fixtures perfectly! I'm so glad that I splurged a little on a nicer option. As for the ease of use, I'm 5'4" and I tried putting it up by myself, with a step stool. I probably just didn't push it tight enough, because it fell after hanging the curtains. But with a little help from my mom, we got it!
