This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. What an incredible find?! We needed to replace the bunk bed at our cabin and were struggling to find a better alternative. Not only did the bed meet Our needs and price range, but thanks to the trundle, it saved so much space without losing any beds or the motif. Assembly was easy (took just under an hour with two people). We were missing two screws for one of the collapsible legs on the trundle, but it still works without that one bar. We already had two 6” mattresses from the old bunk bed, which we reused. It’s helpful for future buyers to know that the 6” was all we could get out of the trundle for it to roll in-and-out from under the bed frame with the comforter and sheets still on. Eventually, we added an 8” mattress to the top, which was even more comfortable and didn’t block the shelf on the headboard. Some of the other reviews say this unit is great as a children’s bed, which is true. But I’d like to add that a family friend and both my parents have used the beds (including my nearly 300 lb father) and it more than supports grown adults as well. My favorite features are the dual 110v outlets with a built-in USB charger, as well as the keyholes in the frame to convert both the trundle and top frame into a full without sliding apart mid-sleep. Only downside I’ve experienced is both frames squeak frequently, but the squeaking is not really enough to create a distraction or lose sleep over. Overall, this bed has been a smashing success. It looks great, supports kids and adults alike, and saves so much of space compared to other guest or bunk beds on the market. Bed is absolutely great, sturdy and cute! The instructions, however, are terrible. You can build this without a power tool but you won’t have a good time. The slats were a pain to screw in because the base didn’t have any holes. Doing that by hand gave me blisters that won’t go away any time soon. None of the parts were marked either so you really just have to guess which one is c vs which one is e and hope you’ve made the right move (we did but SHEESH). This is such a great bed! My daughter is obsessed with pink as you can tell from the pictures. It is such a fun bed for her! The lights are great and color changing. It seems to be built really nice also. Instructions were great which was so nice! The only things that I would change about this bed are putting a couple extra wheels on the trundle part to make it a little easier to put in and out and having the ability to put the headboard on the left or right end of the bed would be nice but these are not dealbreakers..
