Love this tile- the shape, size, and color. Project is still a work-in-progress but we have no complaints about this product. Just note that all the tiles are the same color and the same gradient of grey. Some of the stock photos make it look like the tiles vary slightly in color, but they don’t in person.. Michele. These tiles are beautiful. Everyone who has seen our bathroom is blown away and says it looks even better in person than the pictures. We wanted hexagons but something that didn’t look overly modern. My vision for our bathroom was to modernize it but keep it homey and spa-like. The stone look of these tiles was perfect. The only pitfall is that our contractor said they were VERY hard to cut - even with a wet saw and diamond blade. I love these tiles! We just completed a guest bathroom. These tiles arrived very quickly (sooner than stated) and packaged in boxes with protective covering that were packed in another box and not a single tile was broken. We were worried about the install because of the shape but it was easier than expected. They did not chip either throughout the project. It took at least 2 days to install (my husband did it-first time tiler but has experience in remodeling). Grout- We chose Polyblend non sanded grout in pewter. (Home Depot or tile shop). However, I think we could have used a darker grey. Spacers-We used 14 inch spacers. Versabond white thinset (Home Depot). This was put on floor to hold tiles to floor. I had seen this tile at the local big box store for much more per square foot. Same tile. The tiles arrived slowly by a third party delivery company so order with plenty of time to spare. They were well packed and not one tile for my large bathroom was damaged. They are a little more weathered than I expected but are still beautiful. The surface is not smooth, almost feels dirty, but the look is perfect for my old farmhouse. I would order a little more than expected since the large tiles must all face a certain direction and you will have more waste when cutting. Nice blue tile. We used it in our foyer entrance. I took the photos in different lighting to show the color better. It looks deeper blue in natural light. I could not find a grout color to match. I mixed charcoal and slate blue grout. It is not what I was hoping for but it looks decent enough. I recommend considering the grout color when purchasing.. KARLA.
