Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars us because of the various settings. I've experimented with a few and the dry time is less than what the machine advertises at times. Capacity is great but the drying time is based on load size and what temperature is set. For example, I have to dry my towels twice despite using the towel setting.
