Be very mindful of the measurements when mounting this. Also, it has a plug. The hood we replaced was hard wired, so we needed an electrician to add an outlet behind the hood (covered part). It's quiet, nice "white" LED light. The lights are in the rear though. Not an issue for me, but it could be. An incredibly high end look at an amazing price. Some scratches on it Edges were scuffed. But I’m sure that’s due to shipping not manufacturer. Plus since it so high up, nobody can see it. The extension is long enough for 10” ceiling. The screw holes didn’t line up to our Winflo vent hood. This is a replacement to go on your vent hood NOT an add on to the chimney ur vent hood comes with, FYI.. Anonymous.
