Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Solid materials. Assembly was a little challenging. I worked slowly and carefully, spending about 2 hrs to complete. Part #6 did not have a reference for correct orientation, but managed to catch that before moving on to the next step(s). Fasteners 'A' did not sit squarely in their attachment points. Per instructions, I was careful to not over-tighten these, but they tended to sit at an angle after fully seating them in the work surface. I had to carefully tweak many of these the get them in alignment with the attaching panel(s). Found the drawer slides to be somewhat balky after assembly. For the price point, the hardware provided seems marginal. I ended upgrading the drawer pulls to chrome accents to suit our installation. Overall, I would rate this product as 'Fair'.. Mvachon. NH.
