I gave it a 3 because I really love the style and tones this has compared to others.. unfortunately I haven't had luck purchasing bigger ticket items through wayfair without some sort of malfunction which is so frustrating.. wayfair has always been understanding but time after time I come back to order something just to be disappointed again.. this time we put the whole thing together just to find out the last 4 screws for the top don't fit cause the internal pieces are broken.. there's no way at this point it's coming down for a return just to put another one together.. I also wished there was a way to keep both sides of the canopy up to the top to make a bigger clearance to walk through but the way this works doesn't allow for that... Laura. Could have taken less than half the time to put together if everything was lined up a little better, as far as the pre-drilled holes and the screws/nuts/bolts. The screws were too easily stripped from not lining up properly through the pre-drilled holes, and there should have been more extra screws in case of that. Once I managed to get it all put togeher, it's nice and solid, and looks great! Was my wife's bday gift and she loves it.
