I would give this 5 stars for the quality and the fact that, unlike wood, it doesn't require maintenance. However, I have to discount the rating based on the tough time we had putting it together. The item had to be assembled, and there were pilot holes for screws. Unfortunately, they didn't line up properly. We're contractors, so we were able to figure out the problem and had the right tools to be able to complete the assembly. The average homeowner would have been stymied. That said, the chairs were still far, far cheaper than what the local places were charging. So even if you paid someone to assemble them, it's still a good deal. And we like them a lot.. Linda.
