This product arrived very well packaged. It was very easy to put together: it only has one screw and the manufacturer provides the Allen wrench needed. The polished chrome is very attractive and the metal feels sturdy. My biggest complaint is that it is very short. You can see in the pictures where it sits relative to a comfort height toilet. I also included a photo of the TP holder next to one that is standard mounted and you can see that it is just about 6” shorter. It will still work, but it just looks a little awkward next to the toilet.
