Looks great in the space. Assembly is a bear since it weighs so much, very hard with only 2 people, so I would recommend having some friends come over to help or paying for assembly. We wound up damaging it a little in the assembly process (with only 2 of us) since it was so awkward and heavy, but you can't tell in the end, still turned out great. Good dual function table.. This table is a fine piece of furniture. Really stunning. More importantly it is a “fast” table and a lot of fun to play on! It is a standard size table and has a high quality surface and net system. Just received the table this week. Overall I love it. It arrived in 2 large boxes. It is very heavy if you are not paying for the service to assemble it you will definitely need help. The dining tabletop is 2 pieces and on the underside is the ping pong side. If you intend to use the table as a dining table when not playing pool or ping pong I would recommend using a waterproof tablecloth because if liquid spills on the tabletop it could drip in between where the 2 sheets intersect and stain the felt of the pool table. You do need to be careful with the wood veneer it seems like it scuffs easily. The assembly is easy but again the table is very solid and heavy you will need at least 4 people to move it, the instructions recommend 6 people. The pool table and ping pong is a nice size for both kids and adults. The benches are very sturdy and will hold all of the accessories even the cue sticks fully assembled.
