I absolutely love the "Downton Abbey" style, fancy toast racks, but since I rarely host formal breakfasts, this is really great for everyday casual meals. Sometimes I serve homemade, loaf-sized bread at dinner, so this is a better way to serve it rather than in a bread basket which is ideal for rolls.
