The Courtois desk lamp helps complete my renovated home office. It provides ample area lighting without being too bright. I did switch out the LED light shipped with the unit with a LED light bulb that stays cool when being used. The lamp is very sturdy and functional. The on/off switch is on the cord and is a much more durable switch than is typically found on lamp power cords. I've included a photo for reference. I do recommend this lamp.. Bob.
