This knife set is a bargain! These knives are very sharp, can cut through cabbage with no problem, pares apples, slices cheese, and cuts tomatoes with precision! The blades are sharp and can slice through just about anything without leaving a mess. The color is stunning. The holder is simple, thin, and also shows a great display while still providing the safety feature needed for such sharp blades. I really like the handles, too. It is not a hard rubber handle, it is firm to the touch, but feels more like a thin silicone grip over plastic. The only thing I dont like about the entire knife set is the caps at the end of the handles. They feel like cheap plastic. However, since it is such a minor thing overall, I dont think it is even sufficient enough to deduct a point. These knives are beautiful, functional, and the display holder is a great design. Wow, this is a beautiful piece of art! These knives came very protected in the package and look great. Blades are very sharp and I love the colors. They all come with their own protective sleeves. I would definitely recommend these knives if you are looking for color in you kitchen. Great product!
