The good... the tile. This tile is funky fun. I love it and had been waiting on it to come back in stock for weeks for a powder room renovation. The actual color of each tile has some variation and fade which gives it a ton of character and a more curated expensive look than if it were just solid gray and green. The bad... shipping. Shipping was delayed, and Wayfair gave me zero notification. On the day it was supposed to deliver, it did not. I checked my account and it still showed estimated delivery that day but had a note that said 'backordered'. I had to call customer service who told me that it was a warehouse issue and it would be another week until delivery. I had to cancel my tile installer due to the delay. When the tile arrived, the packaging was absolutely horrendous. Three boxes unsealed, and none of my five boxes had any padding on the sides of the tile (only padded on top and bottom), so the tile itself slid to the sides of the boxes and every single box had chipped and broken tiles. Two boxes almost completely broken. I called Wayfair and the rep said that he could not help me with this as it is a supplier issue. My only option is to wait for the supplier to reach out to me so that they can replace the tiles, which will take another week at a minimum. Wayfair offered apologies, but no discount or resolution other than to wait on the supplier to reach out to me. They are beautiful, bright white background. The pattern doesn’t quite line up but I think it adds to the more whimsical pattern. We used them in the kitchen for a backsplash and on the floor in the powder room. Originally the contractor grouted them white and I didn’t like that look, I like the grayish grout better. I was really thrilled to find this tile online and even more thrilled to see it once delivered. No tiles were delivered broken and the quality appears to be very good. I did a test layout with the tile and they all fit together well. The color is a light/medium gray with slight undulation in the color (the undulation reads like concrete) the sea green and blue green borders being very evenly painted makes the tile appear very well planned. I’m loving this selection and will buy these again and again!! Delivery comment: The fact that the tiles were delivered down the street to a neighbor and left on a palette in her driveway was very frustrating even though the correct address was provided. This tile is gorgeous! We haven't installed it yet but still beautiful tile and good quality. The only problem is (why I am giving this 3 stars) is that one of the two boxes we ordered had almost all broken pieces and some were even shattered. We thought ok that happens and we will just have it replaced. Well the replacement has a piece broken on every square foot of tile. Wayfair has good customer service but I find this is probably due to the nature of Wayfair's shipping.
