The first order contained only one place setting of the correct flatware with really odd other pieces—different pattern, poor-quality, missing pieces, with a third pattern of iced tea spoons. But customer service had me send photos and immediately replaced the order. The Bramasole deserves five stars—but something definitely went wrong with the quality control packing on the first shipment—probably at the manufacturer’s factory as the packaging looked correct..
