Product was as advertised. I would recommend based on appearance and quality feel of the product, i.e. rigid plank, good backing, and surface feel. These reviews helped me and I have a similar complaint within the shipping quality and associated product damage. It seemed to me my planks were damaged in packaging as the boxes themselves were not too bad when they arrived. I’d say 50% (8/16) planks has some kind of damage most of which was damage to the tongues as shown in pictures. Probably two corners were such that I could not use those corners. I chose to install at a diagonal so I had a decent amount of waste or left over so the damage issue didn’t affect me. Do consider this when purchasing. Overall the final product is nice. I ordered samples of this tile in both the white and the black. We decided to use the black because it was not textured. It was smooth. After ordering the tile, what we received was the black tile with the same texture of the white sample. It was not at all what we wanted. These are to be glued down. I got the navy color. I would prefer a more matte look but this will work. I plan to use these to resurface my fireplace and my hall bathroom floor. This luxury vinyl tile was perfect for our needs! We wanted a color/look that had a concrete look for an entry on our condo remodel. We also needed a very thin, yet highly durable product that we could cover over old, chipped ceramic tile. This fit our requirements. We have laid hardwood, porcelain/ceramic and engineers hardwood in the past. For our first experience, it went well, but next time we know to use a smaller trowel notch.
