This was not my first choice of a Lazy Boy sofa from Wayfair, but after the first 2 "McKenzie" sofas arrived damaged, it was then listed as Out of Stock! I was tired of having to deal with couches and this "Collins" style looked very close to the Mckenzie, online. I knew immediately it was not as close as I thought, lighter color, not as creamy beige as Mckenzie, and a nubby textured upholstery instead of a soft, brushed feel. But both are very neutral couches, both with rolled arms and wood legs, and very close in size, so I decided to keep it. It really is a nice couch, it's just too bad that wherever the damage happened to the couches, it had to happen twice, so by the time this one arrived, the fun anticipation of a "new couch" was quite diminished. The couch is great. The delivery guys …not so much. My door was slightly damaged from them not knowing how to tilt the couch through my front door. I came outside and the fabric of my brand new couch was on the concrete. I had to help them move the second couch to ensure nothing else was torn up.
