Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice.
