I think I had one of the best experiences with Wayfair. To start, delivery was on time, I bought the assembly, so the person that was going to put the dresser together, found a discrepancy with one of the important parts, that without, it was going to be impossible to finish the job. Jermaine, called customer service to inform them of what was happening, so that Wayfair could adjust the price, because of the problem, and then proceeded to fix the problem so that I didn’t had to return it and wait more time for my dresser, and just like that I was taken care of. Jermaine ‘s profecionalism and experience aloud me to have my product, like I expected. I n my experience, this is a quality on a individual that you don’t see anymore.. Maria. York, SC. Purchased this for my 14 year old daughter and she's loving it! Took me a couple nights to put it together and the directions weren't super clear at points but was able to piece it together even with a few re-dos. The cabinet door isn't flush with the side that opens but not enough to bother me to send it back. The soft close on that cabinet door is a nice feature. Added some pads to the drawers to soften their closures a bit as well. Hoping this will hold up and give my daughter space she needs to grow for a few more years.. Amanda. Minneapolis, MN. The vanity came out great. My girlfriend loves it and uses it daily now. The lights on the mirrors are really a nice touch and they have three different levels and can be dimmed by holding the buttons. Be ready for it to take awhile though there are three boxes of pieces. Have a drill on low and a screw driver or your hand will be dead by the end. Best way to do it, is to assemble it on a counter with a towel or something soft to work on so you don’t scratch anything and you won’t kill your back putting it together. I also used wood glue for the dowels but that’s just me you don’t have too. You will need an extra hand when it comes to the wardrobe part and when moving the vanity, thankfully they are two separate pieces making it manageable to move.. Richard. Medford, NY. Exactly what we were looking for. My teen daughter uses this everyday. The price point reflects the quality of materials of course, but the vanity looks as pictured and functions as described. The drawers are a little shallow and do not extend all the way out to easily reach the back of the drawer. The stool that comes with the vanity is so lightweight and that it may topple over if you don’t sit on it just right - not the sturdiest but it works for a kid or smaller teen. We’ve been having trouble with the lights after several months. The light is cheap and shorts easily.. Ms. Chambers. US. Thu Sep 24 2026
