The design of the shed is what sold us! Upon delivery of the shed, we began losing our excitement. The instruction manual required someone with architectural rendering experience to understand some of the instructions. Not easy for a semi-pro to figure it out. The majority of the wood was not marked, so each piece of wood had to be measured and marked to insure the shed would be square. Some of the 2 x4's had massive curves or were split, so adjustments had to be made to insure solid construction. Wood quality seemed like C grade. Bought 2 of these bookcases to straddle either side of a new fireplace we were installing. We have 9.5ft ceilings, and these pieces fit the place well. Theyre substantial, heavy, but relatively shallow, so you MUST anchor them to the wall properly. The reason for 4 stars is because the built-in light is a little lackluster (and 1 of the 2 didnt work at all). Also, the bulb is clearly visible when youre seated, which I didnt really like. Instead I installed LED lights around the edge, and on top which I think really complement the bookcase, as well as add a ton of light. Overall, beautiful piece, which I would highly recommend!. This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily.
