So many compliments already! Easy install but also easy to scratch with the provided allen key. I would recommend taping the square rosette before attaching the lever (tape the lever too). The manufacturer could provide a film on these items from the factory which would be super helpful. Not a biggie though, I was careful enough. Very smooth and quiet operation. One thing I did find odd is that on the privacy levers versus the passage levers, the lever itself doesn't return to parallel with the ground on the side of the door that the release button is located. So when you open/close the door, the lever doesn't return automatically to parallel but stays slight angled (see photo). This happened to every privacy lever I bought.
