I think this is a fair price for a decent unit. Cost about 15th the price of extending my home to have a built-in covered patio. I will say you MUST have 2 people to put this together. I tried to do this as instructed up to the 2-Person Required Steps but it was worthless. Don’t bother assembling until you have a 2nd person. Took 6 hours between myself and another guy putting it up. No problems. Just a few small pieces don’t fit flush but otherwise very sturdy. Rain proof. Covers the fire table I also got on Wayfair and shunts rain away from my house and patio onto the back lawn. Exact size I needed for my patio and height to stay well above the doorway but also below some overhanging roof my neighbors adjoined townhouse. Would recommend.. Christopher. Very classy addition to my house. Somewhat difficult to put together as the parts are not numbered to help with putting instructions with physical pieces. I had the help of a contractor and one of his crew. Still took a full 2 1/2 days. Need to purchase lots of extra lumber, 4X4’s for pillars, sheets of plywood to create shims etc so contractor was necessary for me as we do not have equipment/carpentry skills to have completed this assembly. Disappointed that louvered system is flimsy and will not close completely.
