This sink is really beautiful but it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean! There are two issues that make it difficult: first of all, it has a rack that has to stay in the bottom of the sink to avoid scratching the sink (you can only use a sponge to clean it and you cannot use the abrasive side of the sponge or else it will permanently scratch the sink...You think of stainless steel as being durable and commercial...that is not the case with this sink if you care about scratching so easily that I can't believe more reviewers have not mentioned it.) The second problem is, the sink bottom is flat so everything sits on the bottom of the sink and does not flow to the drain. Literally everything you clean off your plate sits on the bottom of the sink. No matter how much you spray water on it, it will not flow to the drain...rice, peas, grains of salt and pepper...literally everything! (and I have the Kraus large pull out faucet that reaches all corners of the sink.) And then, since it has the grate on the bottom, you have to constantly remove the grate from the bottom of the sink (and anything and everything that happens to be on top of it) and put everything on your countertop, so that you can manually wipe everything off the sink bottom into the drain. I think the fact that the sink I bought is so large (36" single bowl) it makes the problem worse because everything has to travel so far to make it to the drain. Beautiful sink, but I honestly cannot recommend it because it is constant work! Wayfair, however, is amazing.
