The dinnerware sets are stunning. All are as advertised and arrived undamaged. I will be ordering additional pieces. One negative comment concerning the packaging for shipping. There was some external damage to the shipping box (torn packing tape and depressed corner. The individual boxes inside the package, containing the china were protected well on the top and the four sides; however, the bottom was totally unprotected.
