I first I thought it looked like a hair salon chair but then I like the slope of the arms it was similar to my main couch. And with the pillow it takes away some of that barber chair look. I will say that it does rocks which makes the leather a little more slippery and I’m not sure if that will make it less comfortable because you have to make an effort to not move it. April. I purchased this to match one that I currently have that I bought locally 2 years ago, but could no longer find locally b/c it was discontinued. There were 3 color options in the store I purchased from. Just know that this will not match the color in photo. It is beautiful, but it is a solid, flat, dark brown and is not pictured. No marbling of color as the picture indicates and sadly the one I already had was closer to the one in the pic. If you’re not trying to match another chair, it’s absolutely beautiful and well-made, just know that the color is not as shown. (In pic with 2 chairs, it's the one on the right). Anonymous.
