These awning are beautiful; however, the installation into stucco is not easy. Need better instruction and most of the holes in the metal brackets were no pre-drilled. What an upgrade to my view! We placed this over a sunny kitchen window. However, mostly purchased to add depth to basic box window. This is a quality awning. I purchased in black with white piping. Nice material with a solid frame. Husband who hates to install was impressed with quality and ease of installation. The view from inside the window shows silver frame not black and was at first disappointed it wasn't black but still looks nice from inside window. Doesn't make room too dark; just cuts down sun glare. Sturdy frame mounted nicely to studs so it is solid. We live in AZ with lots of sun so I will spray fabric with UV guard for extra fade protection. Replacement fabric piece available and I plan to purchase to have on hand.. LOVE. Great quality and they look amazing. I was quoted $6500 from a local awning company for the same "look" and for the same four windows.
