This is the perfect size for children 3-8 years of age. My three and a half year old grandson can get on all of it with little or no help. I'm sure after a few days of playing on it he won't need any help at all. All parts and hardware were clearly marked. The instructions were easy to follow. It came with all the tools you need to put it together. A power drill would make things easier and quicker. Just be careful not to over tighten. I'm a 55 year old woman, and I put it together by my self with in about 4 hours. I didn't use a power drill, didn't want to wait on the battery to charge. It's always a good idea to put a tarp or blanket down, so if you drop a nut or washer it won't get lost in the grass. This is nice to look at and great for a 3 to 4-year-old. My kids are 5, 6, and 8. This is not designed for my rough-playing kids. I have girls, so it's not because they are boys. My kiddos love it. Nothing will change the lovely imagination kids have because they spend so much fun playing with the carton boxes :). In a more serious tone they actually enjoyed it . We love the playhouse and so does my granddaughter. I rated it a four which I really think it is a four and a half because the food shown in the picture did not come with the playhouse and we have been unable to find the exact food pictured especially the kabobs even on your site. You’ll need a small army to help put it together (had to use two kids and the wife to hold the bars while assembling). Other than that, it was straight forward to put together and my kids love it. One note to potential buyers: it’s not that hard to assemble, the connection points will eventually bend in order to form fit and the cross bars are capable of supporting a 180lb person so, quite sturdy.
