The shower faucet looks really nice but I haven't had it installed yet. The one problem is the handle turns left (not the usual right cold to hot like most handles.) This makes it somewhat awkward for someone who is right handed. I'm not sure why this is designed for a left hand turn. There was no indication in the description describing this.. Heather. After an initial hiccup with a damaged product, Customer Service quickly replaced our item. It looks great in the shower and does seem to keep the temperature regulated even when toilets are flushed or sinks are running simultaneously to the shower. The versatile design style helped us mix it with other brands’ products for our other fixtures.
