Table set was shipped promptly and packed well. The directions were very limited, mostly pictures and not well detailed. It took a couple tries to assemble the chair together correctly. They provide you with an Allen wrench but you will need to use a cordless drill with Allen wrench head to get it put together. There were a few locations where the pre drilled holes were not aligned either and we had to drill holes in to get it aligned. Once we got it together and set up, it looks nice and is durable but you must have patience to put it together for sure!. Amanda. Hulbert, OK. Mon May 20 2024

We bought three of these chairs along with the 35" square table. Like the table, these were also solidly built and attractive. I deducted one star because the hardware that came with it didn't always fit. A few of the bolts were too long so didn't sit flush with the wood when screwed in all the way. Also, one bolt was missing so we had to buy it locally to complete the installation. All three bottles of glue that came with the chairs were hard as a rock, dried up and unusable. The instructions say not to oil the wood, although the chairs were oiled when they arrived, the table was not, and a small bottle of teak oil was included. Minor annoyances but worth mentioning. Overall we're very happy with the quality of the chairs.. Marie. Nevada City, CA. Sun Jun 25 2023
