This was hard to give only a 3 star, as the pulls ARE gorgeous, well made, sleek and just what I was wanting on my lower kitchen cabinets. So really...I should give at least a 4 star. HOWEVER, I ordered 11 and they were all good and NO scratches, etc., EXCEPT one pull. I put that one on a bottom drawer but wasn’t happy. Wayfair customer reps, as usual, have been OUTSTANDING TO ME!!! They have sent me not one, but as of today, they’ve sent 3 replacements (I’m awaiting the last chance of getting one that is not scratched (it’s a white chicklet type scratch within the glass pull). I do not understand the manufacturer not being able to get me just one more pull that is not defective. The pulls were excellently wrapped, individually and in their individual boxes. The pull was not damaged in shipping. It was a manufacturer defect imho. Anyway, Wayfair reps have gone above and beyond trying to get me one last pull—free from defects. I know I’m picky, but it would just bother me to no end, knowing I had one pull with a white Like scratched inside the glass of the pull. I’ll try and update when I get the last replacement pull. I do love the look and feel of the pull. The last pic I’m attaching shows the second replacement I received, which had more of dash white scratches all up and down the glass. I know it’s hard to see in pic, but it totally there. I think the manufacturer needs to investigate the problem.. Linda-Lea. GA. 2020-01-23 11:20:27

This is exactly the look I was trying to achieve with the rope of the handle matching the rope of the trim at the top of my cabinets. It looks great with the white and the gray painted cabinets as well as the hardware of my sink. The only problem I had was that the screws that came with it or not long enough for The cabinet doors.
