Ella Acrylic Walk-in Tubs are vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean and impermeable to mold and mildew. Under the acrylic shell facade is a rust proof, stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers to ensure the durability of the tub’s structure.
The Tub4Two’s main feature is the center facing two seats, designed to help in assisted bathing or used to create an unforgettable and relaxing experience for you and your loved one. The contemporary door is made with industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen to conceal the mechanical door lock system. This door is engineered to open outward, facilitating easier access upon entering and exiting. The outward swing also creates more interior space, which allows bathers to effortlessly sit into the molded seat, pull the door closed and lock it. Ella U-Shape outward swinging door uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock that edges out our competition, who typically use a single latch/lever system. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure and watertight door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience.
The Tub4Two comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The 2” drain outlets can be connected to the standard 1 ½” house drain with a T or Y fitting and piping selected by a professional plumber. The drain pipe configuration and selection of the pipes and fittings is up to the homeowner or licensed plumber. However, for the most efficient drain, please consider connecting to all 4 ports and to a 2” house drain if possible.
The Hydro Massage System includes: 2 hydro pumps with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging. The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level while bathing. Our ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. The sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on.
The Ella Tub4Two has a total of twenty-six (26) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Eighteen (18) upper fixed jets, eight (9) per seat, work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs. Eight (8) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
The Hydro + Independent Foot Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body and foot massage. Bathers can enjoy an independent foot massage within minutes of simply filling the foot well up the seat level. The foot massage system includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater. Both the strategically positioned upper and lower jets powered by two hydro pumps have an intensity dial air control to adjust the strength of the water pressure to your liking from a gentle pressure to a more rigorous massage.
The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups.
The Tub4Two has eighteen (18) strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Twelve (12) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional six (6) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs.
The Air Jet Massage System also includes an auto-purge feature. This feature engages automatically 20 minutes after the pump has been turned off to purge water out of the air jet lines. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent the mildew build up.
LED Chromatherapy features multicolor LED lights that are controlled with a Digital Controller. The LED light cycles through various colors and illuminates the entire water to create a relaxing and harmonious experience. Since 1876, people have used light waves to rid the mind and body of ailments, commonly referred to as Chromatherapy. It is believed that each color has a different healing property.
The Heated Seat & Backrest help keep you comfortable and warm while your walk-in tub fills. It activates in minutes, keeping users relaxed from the moment they enter the tub. These surface heaters are safe and easy to operate controlled through a simple on/off button. With one of the fastest heating curves in the industry, our heated seats dramatically enhances your bathing experience.
The digital control keypad for LED light, heated seat and backrest, air and hydro massages is included. The independent foot massage is operated through a push control.
The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has two (2) pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The lever to control the temperature of the water is included on the mounted faucet, as well as a button that can divert the water flow between the mounted faucet and hand shower. The 2-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 16 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.
We provide a limited lifetime warranty, of free replacement parts for the lifetime of the original customer living at the address of installation. This warranty is non-transferable to other customers or locations. Shipping costs and the labor of replacement(s) are not included.
