The chair is a smaller chair but not terribly small I'm 5 ft 4 and 120 lb so it fits me perfectly. It is very very firm and that's the way I like a chair! The color is a light beige color it's not quite dark enough to be brown but it does have a brownish hue. If you're a big six foot Guy this is not the chair for you but if you're a little tiny lady like me no problem. It was in back order till June but arrived earlier than expected in April. It’s more of a grey blue hue in person but that’s alright. It still blends in with my charcoal gray furniture.
