The design of the shed is what sold us! Upon delivery of the shed, we began losing our excitement. The instruction manual required someone with architectural rendering experience to understand some of the instructions. Not easy for a semi-pro to figure it out. The majority of the wood was not marked, so each piece of wood had to be measured and marked to insure the shed would be square. Some of the 2 x4's had massive curves or were split, so adjustments had to be made to insure solid construction. Wood quality seemed like C grade. Absolutely love this shed! We bought it because a bear kept destroying our garbage. It’s clean and looks great next to our house. The solid wood vertical toolbox arrived on time and very well packaged. The instructions are clear and precise and all the hardware is included and labeled. This is definitely a two person job to assemble not because of difficulty but because the base needs to assembled and then connected. It’s to insure proper fitting. The wood is beautiful. Good storage, watertight even in the face of a rainy nor'easter. Used Lowe's cement blocks 15.7" with the number 2 step sand used for paver installation. Made for a solid foundation. One issue is because the unit opens from the top and front which is great, there is not enough support to keep the side walls square at the front so you need to push them together about an inch when closing. What a difference this shed made. It is quite sturdy, well made and looks great. When putting it together, I missed a step (a bar that is supposed to be attached to the underside of the lid at the front edge), but it seems to work fine without it. Since that would have added weight that would make opening the lid a little harder for me, I chose to leave it off. As far as difficulty in assembling ... on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most difficult, I would rate it at about a 4. Great product. Shipping was fast. Price was great. Not easy to put together and on the same note it wasn't hard either, you just need to have at least 2 people and be able to read and decipher the pictures that are in the instruction manual. It took us a total of 11 hours to do and we are not totally done. We have to just add the plywood flooring. The instructions were not that clear on when you are putting the siding up and over the side and top. All parts were included, nothing was damaged. They packed it pretty well, I would only say they need to put some styrofoam all around the inside edges of the box. Seems to me like the foam insert into the doors could be better planned out. They have you put the hinges on the door panels and then slide the foam in and guess what, you have the nuts and bolts sticking out so now you have slide the foam in and hope the bolts rip through the foam. We ended up making channels in the foam so it would slide in smoothly. As for the door's clasp that too is some crazy. You now have the foam on the door and you poke holes through it for the bolts to go through and you have to put the nuts on but you can't tighten it unless you remove the foam from the area so your nut can be held while tightening it down to the metal. You need to make sure you have several pots of coffee, Lunch and dinner ready. Overall I would buy it again I would recommend it to anyone that needs a shed. The one thing I won't do.... that is have the idea that I can do it in about 4 hours and I would take two days to do it from start to finish. The Marks you see in the picture are the printed ID numbers that haven't been washed off yet. Not that you have to as I'm sure the rain will remove them eventually. This Suncast vanilla resin outdoor vertical cabinet is exactly what I was looking for for our BBQ storage needs. I hope it holds up. I wanted a place to store the utensils, oils and other items that’s not a deck box. I don’t know about storing paper plates or paper towels yet, I don’t know if things inside would get wet. When I buy the next bunch I’ll try it. Wayfair had the best price that I could find for the cabinet and A mazon had the best price for the shelves as they do NOT come with it. I will say that the shelves help it stay more square. Our patio (laid by previous owner) is not level, it’s greatly sloped but I had no issues putting it together myself. Doing all of it, the cabinet and the shelves took less than an hour. Oh and I love the color, so sick of brown! This matches our patio furniture, dark colors draw the heat of the sun.
