We love the look of this tub but the material is thin and it cracked when the tile setter kneed in the back corner. The instructions did say to grout below the tub which we did, but there was an extra (bright red) flyer in the instruction bag that was not considered. It stated that the entire tub must be supported by the mortar, which we did not do, thus the crack just behind the foot. It was clearly an error on our part during installation, but the plumber was not happy about the thinness of the tub material and has sworn off Signature Hardware fixtures.
