I'm so pleased that the Buttermilk Waffles (from recipe book) pulled away easily from the waffle plates! I substituted gluten free flour and added dried blueberries I had on hand. I wish the plates removed for easier cleaning however there is no stuck on waffle so that's easy! My old waffle maker doesn't compare.
