The lights look great and they are sturdy. The only issue is that 4 of the 12 lights don't screw in properly (the umbrella doesn't screw into the pole because the threads are damaged). I’ve ordered these twice already. I love them. They go through the winter with no problem. I never take them out of the ground. They give a moderate amount of light, enough to be able to see what you’re doing, but not enough to bother the neighbors at night. If you have a light that doesn’t work, remember you have to activate the switch in the back. I even have some in shady areas but they collect enough indirect sun to shine at night. They look great in flower pots and really cool against black mulch and ground cover plants. I don’t care for the lights on a post. These are the best solar powered LED spot lights I've found. They are all metal (not plastic) and give off a bright light that covers a great deal of our garden.
