All well-loved bean bags go flat with use, but not to worry! You can order our handy single-pack bean refill to bring your awesome Big Joe back to life whenever you need to. Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 liters of rejuvenating beans. The number of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while larger chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all Big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your Big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our refill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!

The filler lasts longer than the competition due to our propriety bean popping process for longer product life.

Terrific to fill our pouf! We specifically chose the Posh fill because of the material and the zippered bag that was a game changer. We repeatedly sprayed water on our hands & the tumbler we used to fill up the last 1/3 to minimize the static issue with any kind of styrofoam fill. We still had some cleanup, but it was so minor compared to previous experiences. It took a good hour or so, but it was worth it. This particular fill feels much more comfortable than traditional harder fill.
