Quick and friendly. Very professional. They called to let me know they were here and it literally took less than 5 minutes. They put my mattress on my bed frame, took the garbage and handled everything.. Ryan. Wed Sep 16 2026

We love this mattress. Sleeps well with a memory foam topper! So comfortable and easy to make up. It does have a very wide pocket for sheets. 15” of pure softness. We so love it!!! It was delivered by Ele and partner. They carried it up 2 stories and layed it in our bed frame. Took all packaging with them. I would recommend the Wayfair company every-time!. Paula. Geneva, FL. We have had this mattress for a couple months. Prior to this We had a Beautyrest mattress for 10 years. We got this model because the model we had is no longer available and they said this is the closest match to what we had. It feels comfortable. I do notice that there is a slight indentation in the mattress where I sleep. So far this is minor and doesn't affect my sleep or rolling over. I would assume that with all these layers of foam that there would be some compression. If this gets worse to the point where it is a problem I am hoping that the company will take care of it.. Prior to this I had a Black Series "Helena" purchased in 2009. It lasted 17 years and was at the end of its life. This Series 3 medium with a pillow top is an exceptional replacement to my Helena and once again I'm sleep well. Black Series are expensive but I think worth every penny if you have sleeping issues like myself. Highly Recommend!. Gregory S. Mon Oct 05 2026

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026
