This Beautyrest topper really helps! After a 10 year old Serta Perfect sleeper had started to fail, I thought this would help my osteoarthritic and scoliosis lower back to give more support in order to sleep better until I can replace the platform bed mattress. This is a great pillow. It reminds me of one i had growing up. Thr only down side for me is the flannel feel.of the material it is made from.
