The delivery team assembled the bed and used the included screws but the screws punctured through the front of the headboard. The replacement came and when the team assembled it I told them to be careful because of the damage the first time and they hand tighten es only but it still punctured the front of the headboard. The package is a tall box. If it needs to be transported to upper level or lower level must have help to do so. I just opened the package and took each piece to upper level. The packaging was great. Instructions were clear. Lots of extra pieces of nuts were given. Can’t go wrong anywhere with assembly. Each piece was very well made. There’s hardly any assembly. It probably takes about 30 minutes to 40 minutes maximum. The wood pieces are solid wood. Has very smooth finish. The texture of the finished surface is soft and gives expensive feel.
