This cradle was easy to assemble and I love that it came with a carry sack as well as a cover for it. Figuring out how to lower the side is a bit tricky but over all not too difficult. I would like to caution about reading the instruction manual and the warnings inside of it. There is certainly a measurement for the parent mattress that needs to be adhered to for safety. Also, please note that the manual does state this bed is only recommended for babies up to 5 months or when they start to raise up themselves. So it is not meant as a long term solution. Daughter loves her bed! It seems pretty sturdy. The negatives for me are the side opposite of the desk is unfinished, it just has black backing on the side so it limits where the bed can be placed from an aesthetic perspective it basically has to be in a corner if you don’t want to see the black backing side.
