Product was as advertised. I would recommend based on appearance and quality feel of the product, i.e. rigid plank, good backing, and surface feel. These reviews helped me and I have a similar complaint within the shipping quality and associated product damage. It seemed to me my planks were damaged in packaging as the boxes themselves were not too bad when they arrived. I’d say 50% (8/16) planks has some kind of damage most of which was damage to the tongues as shown in pictures. Probably two corners were such that I could not use those corners. I chose to install at a diagonal so I had a decent amount of waste or left over so the damage issue didn’t affect me. Do consider this when purchasing. Overall the final product is nice. Going on 2 years now, still durable but starting to chip on corners. Easy to install and for the price it's an incredible look in my Butler's pantry. Install the individual tile perpendicular to tile already down and push tight into the corners and then down against the side you're installing; the goal is to have some of the adhesive push-up which later you clean off. I also used a hair dryer to soften the tiles to make them pliable and easier to adhere. I opted not to lay Luan down, installing instead on the existing plywood. But lunan would make the adhesive corners hold immediately. I give it five stars for looks five stars for installation and as I really don't know how it's going to where I can't tell you on durability. The paint color is sea salt, rose colored drawer pulls and home depo's stock budget black soap stone look stock countertop. UPDATE, a couple of Mich. 97 degree weather and the tile is down corners and all. Again, installing over lunan is a better idea then what I did. Working with a pattern was definitely more difficult since the pattern on each tile wasnt consistent and pattern lines didnt always line up exactly. The tiles are easy to lay. The stickiness of the tile is fairly good. The tile surface seems durable so far. The overall look is great. It really transformed the bathroom into something more modern looking. Love love love. Some feedback on installation- these are not super easy to cut I originally had a knife but ended up having more success with scissors. Wear work gloves when cutting. I used a hair dryer on a hot to warm the adhesive prior to putting on and so far they seem to be sticking pretty well. Took me about 3.5 hours solo start to finish. Pleased with how they look..
