There's nothing wrong at all with the item -- it arrived in flawless condition and functions as advertised, but I'm a bit disappointed because if I pour the water through slowly enough to get the coffee strong enough for my liking (I like my coffee very strong), I then need to microwave the coffee, because it's no longer hot enough for me.
