Great fryer! PROS It is difficult to find a fryer where the oil is in a separate section that stays in the fryer that you dont have to drain each time you use. This one is easy to use and easy to clean. CONS We had to replace the cord because the one it comes with was to short for us. It does not make a beep or sound when temp has been met like most but that is ok given the light turns green. Time will tell how long this one will last as the ones in the past (different brand) only last a few years and then the cord starts to get very hot during use and then we know it is time to replace this one!.
