A Nightmare Experience Despite a Decent Product I ordered the "Arlex Murphy Bed" from Wayfair on September 2, 2024, and what followed was a 3+ month saga of frustration and disappointment. The "wall bed mechanism"—you know, the part that actually makes it a Murphy bed—didn’t arrive until November, leaving me with an unfinished Murphy bed for OVER TWO MONTHS. During this time, I spent over 20 hours on the phone with Wayfair's support team, trying to make sense of delays that were entirely due to the supplier's incompetence. While the product itself is nice and functions as advertised, the experience was so awful that it gives me heart palpitations every time I walk past the Murphy bed. To make matters worse, I’m STILL missing two parts from the supplier. Stephanie C from Wayfair support was the only saving grace in this nightmare. She has been tremendously helpful and truly deserves a raise for dealing with this mess.
