This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. If you are looking at this chair and having some hesitation … stop now. This chair is everything that it looks like it might be. It came in 3 heavy boxes (all on time, thank goodness) and was fairly straightforward to put together. The chair is soft, comfortable, lifts to standing, lovely when flat. The charging ports on the side are slow (my mother complains) but adequate. We bought this for my 83 year old mom recovering from open heart surgery. The dark grey was perfect with their blue and grey decor. The cup holders are essential. With a small table on either side of the chair, this is a perfect captain’s chair for her recovery. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which if I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box.
