The name Blackstone says it all. Nice & compact, very well made, just got done seasoning the grill can't wait to use it to make smash burgers. I bought one for my son for last Christmas, He had us over for smash burgers & they were great. He likes his 22-inch Griddle very much also. Wow I love this Blackstone table top griddle The Pro’s of owning one 1) It’s portable lightweight so I can use it and get rid of it easily 2) It has lots of space to cook eggs, pancakes, sausage, harsh-browns 3) I cooked chicken thighs on the griddle and it came out perfectly! Juicy and tender! Same with the steak! I will say I wish it did the grill marks that would be the icing on the cake (like the ninja foodi xl grill) 4) It takes like 10 minutes to warm up which isn’t bad in my opinion 5) It’s Very easy to clean. I literally just put hot water and a dab of soap and wiped it off with a paper towel! 6) Easy to operate. Plus u can cook anything on it. What I hate about this griddle 1) It doesn’t beep or alert you when it’s done heating up. 2) It takes quite a bit of space if you live in an apartment so leaving it out will be a headache.. Brian. Over all pretty well made grill, the only complaint I have is the cheap hollow plastic wheels they put on. The plastic ribs on the wheels make it roll harder and louder. I replaced mine with some old lawn mower tires with rubber tread and it rolls alot smoother. Over all pretty happy with it, nice to have both grill and griddle all in one.. Justin.
