Love it! We purchased the king-size, black option. No shipping issues, delays or damage with our delivery. It is much lighter weight than it looks from the pictures, but it still feels substantial. Easy to assemble with the included hex wrench. It is just over 50 inches tall when adjusted to its tallest position (which is the height we chose). It is not suitable to be mounted to a wall, but we have a split king adjustable bed so we couldn't attach it to the bed frame. We engineered a way to attach it to the wall securely (4- 1x4 boards painted the wall color, and screwed into the wall studs and then the headboard attached securely to the boards using 4 painted conduit clamps). The bed just sits in front of the headboard, but is not connected. One picture shows the headboard secured to the wall. We really like the look, and feel it is a great value.. P. California. A heavy-duty bed frame that will fit Queen bolt-on style headboards & footboards. You must have a headboard and footboard to use this frame. This frame requires a box spring or foundation. The queen-sized frame will have five (5) legs with the included center bar. The center bar for this frame is used side-to-side for queen bedding. This means this frame is not recommended for use with a split (2 pieces) box spring. The legs will adjust the frame height from 5 3/4" to 9 1/4" off the floor. The steel in this frame is a high strength, high carbon, hot-rolled steel. It is rolled using 97% recycled material producing a very strong and environmentally-friendly product. This frame utilizes a bolt-together assembly, which allows it to be adjusted to accommodate a wider variety of headboards and footboards. I had an old canopy bed. I didn't want to use the foot board or side boards as it was in a small room. I used this bracket to attach the old claw type headboard to a simple metal frame. The headboard is beautiful! I was worried about the height given this is going on a low head-only adjustable bed. I was able to attach the legs immediately at the correct height. Because the bed frame does not have the parts to be able to attach the headboard, I will be attaching it directly to the wall using the remaining openings in the legs which will be out of sight.
