This unit perfectly utilized a tiny 8x10 “bedroom” in my 126-year-old house. I use it as a multi-purpose guest room (for one) and craftoffice area. It’s super resourceful and space-saving which I love and wouldn’t have otherwise conceived would be possible given how tiny the room is. That being said It’s a great deal for what you get, but what you get is a fully occupied weekend for AT LEAST two people, and that’s if you’re familiar with assembling furniture, which I am. This was hands-down the most tedious and time-consuming piece I’ve ever assembled—however, I expected that to be the case and prepared myself for it. I would advise separating all the parts by step (hardware especially) beforehand to prevent stupid mistakes like using screws on step 37 that were meant to be used on step 13. Every detail matters. I am single but I can see how this project could potentially end in divorce. All in all, it’s a great piece for the money—just prepare yourself for not just hours, but DAYS of labor. Highly recommend for the patient DIY folks. The instructions aren’t great but they rarely are. Fortunately there are QR codes on each step which link to videos showing the guys in the factory assembling it.
